HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

  1. Go to My Account → Address Book.
  2. Click Change shipping address.
  3. Change the current address to your new address.

 

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD GET CHARGED?

Once Imprint Plus receives your order, your credit card will be charged within 24 hours.

 

WILL I BE CHARGED TAX AND? OR DUTIES?

Imprint Plus does not charge US customers taxes or duties. State taxes may apply to your order. GST and Provincial Taxes will be charged to Canadian customers.
Imprint Plus does not charge tax or duties to International customers, but International customers will bear the cost of any local taxes or duties.

 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an order confirmation by email within 48 hours of placing your order. The confirmation email proves that your order has been placed.
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships.
*If you do not receive these emails, please contact your Imprint Plus Account Representative at 1-855-278-7532. S/he will help you track your order.

 

HOW DO I PAY?

US and Canadian customers are welcome to pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express).
Please note that we charge Visa and MasterCard users in US funds, and charge Amex users in Canadian funds. Daily exchange rates will apply.
International customers can pay via PayPal.

 

HELP! I NEED A RUSH ORDER 

We can rush products easily when they are in-stock. These rush orders will ship out within 24 hours plus shipping time. Rush fees may apply.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?

The minimum order is US/CA$50.00+

 

HOW DO WE REUSE THE BADGE?

Just remove the personalized insert and replace with a new one. 

 

CAN WE PURCHASE COMPONENTS AND PRINTING MATERIALS AS NEEDED? 

All parts of our name badge system can be purchased separately as needed including the insert sheets for personalization. 

 

WE WOULD LIKE OUR BADGES TO BE CONSISTENT. HOW CAN WE DO THIS?

We will design your software to print only what you would like to see.  You can determine the type and size of font, job title, name layout, and tag lines.

 

CAN WE CUSTOMIZE MESSAGES TO PUT UNDER AND OVER THE BADGES?

Your message will be communicated exactly to your specifications.  You can create messaging on the badge, within the badge, over the badge or even under it!

HOW QUICKLY CAN WE GET BADGES? 

Overnight if needed. We work closely with our customers to ensure that inventory is ready to ship when you need it.

 

IS YOUR SOFTWARE COMPLICATED TO USE?

Our NamePrint Graphics© proprietary software has been designed for ease of use.  Options available to place your logo on the software as a printing reference.  To personalize just add names and/or titles, and print on our specially designed insert sheets.  We maintain full technical support.      

 

WHAT IF WE HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT THE SOFTWARE?

Technical support is included in the price of the software.  Our Techs are available from 7:00 am – 5:00 pm (PST) at no charge for NamePrint Graphics© Software users.
