Orders received before 3:30 PM Monday-Friday are usually shipped out 2 business days later from our facility in Kent, WA. We ship via UPS Ground, and typical delivery times vary between 1-7 business days, depending on where you live.

Can I ship an order to a P.O? Box or Military APO/FPO Box?
We are unable to ship to a P.O. Box unless it is an international address. All domestic orders are shipped through UPS. We do ship to Military APO/FPO boxes. However, only USPS deliveries are available and no overnight is available.
All shipments to international addresses are final sales – no exchanges or returns will be accepted.
Purchaser is responsible to pay all duties, taxes and customs charges. Please contact your local postal facility for inquiries regarding any of these additional charges.
To save shipping expense, we reserve the right to consolidate the package into the smallest shipping package possible.
If the shipment is refused for any reason we have the right to charge your credit card for the total cost of shipping.
If for any reason we determine that your order cannot be fulfilled, we have the right at any time, even after putting the charge through, to cancel the order. If that happens we will refund your credit card immediately.
